In-person Breathwork Class taught by Molly Aldrich. Breathwork allows you to come back home in your body. With each session you’ll continue to peel back layers and layers getting to the core of who you are. With this type of cyclical breathing pattern you are able to get out of your sympathetic nervous system and into your parasympathetic. What this means is you are able to get out of fight and flight and into rest and digest. In this state you are able to tap into and release stuck emotions and energy that have been stored in our bodies. You will build up to a scream  during the practice. LifeSpark will once again be part of the ITrade Holiday Fair in Westminster on Friday, Dec. 5, from 3–7 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to introduce Reiki and Healing Touch to new people, share mini-sessions, and build new connections.
