for the LifeSpark Self-Reiki Tracker App

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the LifeSpark Self-Reiki Tracker application (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Application means the LifeSpark Self-Reiki Tracker software provided by LifeSpark and downloaded to a Device.
• Account means the account created using a valid email address to access the Service.
• Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including a smartphone or tablet.
• LifeSpark (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to Healing Buddies, Inc. (DBA LifeSpark Cancer Resources), 355 S Teller St, Ste 200, Lakewood, CO 80226.
• Service means the Application.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of the Service and constitute a binding agreement between You and LifeSpark.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, You represent that You meet this requirement.

Your use of the Service is also subject to LifeSpark’s Privacy Policy, which describes how We collect, use, and protect Your information. Please review it carefully.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, You must create an Account using a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your Account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify LifeSpark promptly if You become aware of any unauthorized access or security concern.

LifeSpark reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use and Purpose

The Service is intended for wellness, self-care, and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.

Use of the Service is voluntary. Participation in any research activities associated with the Service is optional and subject to separate consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Feedback

If You provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, You agree that LifeSpark may use such Feedback to improve the Service without restriction or obligation to You.

6. Links to Other Websites

The Service may include limited links to LifeSpark-operated websites or research-related resources. LifeSpark is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites and encourages You to review their terms and policies.

7. Termination

LifeSpark may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time if You violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination of access does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability).

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

LifeSpark makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose. Use of the Service is at Your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to Your use of or inability to use the Service.

Because the Service is provided at no cost, LifeSpark’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

If You have a concern or dispute related to the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting LifeSpark.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

LifeSpark may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
