This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

- For organizational changes: In the unlikely event of a nonprofit merger or restructuring, Personal Data may be transferred only to a mission-aligned nonprofit and only for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. Personal Data will never be sold or transferred for commercial gain.
- For service improvement and research: We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve the Application and support research related to integrative healing practices.
- For research purposes: With Your explicit consent, de-identified or aggregated Personal Data and Usage Data may be used to study the impact of self-care and integrative healing practices. Participation is optional, and You may withdraw at any time without affecting app functionality.
The Service is intended for wellness and self-care purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Data Sharing
We do not sell Your Personal Data.
- We do not share identifiable Personal Data outside of LifeSpark except as described below.
- We may share de-identified or aggregated data with research collaborators, nonprofit partners, academic institutions, or consultants for research, evaluation, or program improvement.
- Authorized LifeSpark staff and contractors may access Personal Data solely to operate, support, or improve the Service and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Personal Data may be disclosed with Your explicit consent or when required by law.
- We do not share data with advertisers, marketers, or commercial data brokers.
- The Application does not include public user interaction features and does not display user data to other users.
Retention
LifeSpark retains Personal Data only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or research purposes. Research data will be deleted or anonymized once objectives are met or as required by law. You may request removal of your data from research datasets at any time, subject to regulatory requirements.
Deletion
You may update or delete Your Personal Data through account settings or by contacting LifeSpark.
If You withdraw research consent, previously analyzed de-identified data may be retained as permitted by law.
3. DETAILED INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING
LifeSpark may use third-party service providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) to process Usage Data for analytics, service improvement, and research. These providers act as data processors and are contractually required to safeguard Your information and use it only for authorized purposes.

Email Communication
LifeSpark sends only limited, non-promotional emails related to account management, app updates, research participation, or administrative needs.
4. “DO NOT TRACK” POLICY (CalOPPA)
The Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals because no consistent industry standard exists for honoring such signals across platforms.
However, LifeSpark does not engage in cross-site tracking or targeted advertising and limits data collection to what is necessary for Service operation and improvement.
5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Service does not knowingly collect data from individuals under age 13.
6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Service may include limited links to LifeSpark’s website or research-related pages operated by LifeSpark or its partners. LifeSpark is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify users of material changes through the Service or by email.
