🎥 How to Register — Step-by-Step Guide

▶️ Video 1: Start Registration

0:00 – Click the Register button
0:05 – Click the number box and choose how many tickets you want
0:10 – Click Next
0:12 – Click I’m an individual
0:15 – Type your:
- First Name
- Last Name
- (optional) email address
- (optional) phone number
0:25 – Fill in your address:
- Street address
- City
- Click the State box and select your state
- Zip code
Country
0:40 – (Optional) Uncheck the box if you do not want emails
0:45 – Click Next
▶️ Video 2: Email & Login
0:00 – If a “Save address?” message appears, you can click Save or ignore it
0:05 – Click the Email box and type your email
0:10 – If you see a message that your email is already registered:
👉 Click Login to continue
👉 This is normal if you’ve signed up before
0:20 – If needed, click the email box again and re-type your email
0:30 – Make sure your name is filled in correctly
0:40 – Enter your email again if asked
0:50 – Click Next and continue
1:20 – Keep clicking Next until registration is complete

If you’ve ever registered before, always click Login to continue when asked — this will prevent errors.

🎥 Completing Your Registration — Verification & Final Steps

▶️ Continue After Entering Your Email
0:00 – Review your information on the page
→ Make sure your name and email are correct
0:05 – Click Next
▶️ Verification Code Step
0:10 – A message will appear asking for a verification code
0:12 – Check your email inbox
→ Look for a message with your code
0:15 – Return to the registration page
0:18 – Click into the Verification Code box
0:20 – Type or paste the code from your email
0:25 – Click Continue or Verify
▶️ If You Don’t See the Email
0:30 – Check your spam/junk folder
0:35 – If needed, click Resend code on the page
▶️ Continue Registration
0:45 – After entering the code, the next page will load
0:50 – Scroll down to review the page
0:55 – Fill in any remaining required fields
1:05 – Click Next
▶️ Final Steps
1:15 – Continue clicking Next as prompted
1:25 – Review all information carefully
1:35 – Click Complete Registration (or final button shown)
▶️ Confirmation
1:40 – Wait for the confirmation screen
1:45 – Look for a message confirming you are registered

The verification code email may take a minute to arrive
Make sure to enter the code exactly as shown
If something doesn’t work, you can safely go back and try again
If you run into issues, don’t worry—this is the most common step where people need a second try.
🎥 Optional: Placing a Bid
During registration, you may see items available for bidding. This step is optional.
▶️ Viewing Auction Items
0:00 – Scroll down to view available items
0:05 – Each item will show:
- A title
- Current bid amount
- A Place Bid button
▶️ Placing a Bid
0:10 – Click the Place Bid button on an item you’re interested in
0:12 – A bid entry box will appear
0:15 – Type your bid amount
→ Make sure it is higher than the current bid shown
0:20 – Click Submit Bid (or Place Bid to confirm)
▶️ After You Bid
0:25 – Your bid will appear on the item
0:30 – You can continue browsing or place bids on other items
▶️ Skipping This Step
0:35 – If you do not want to place a bid:
→ Simply scroll past this section
0:40 – Click Next to continue registration

Bidding is optional — you can still complete registration without it
You can place bids on multiple items
Double-check your amount before submitting
You can navigate back to the auction screen/cart/ menu items by clicking the three lines with the “menu” in the upper left hand side of the screen
You can always come back and place a bid later if the event allows it.
