Help with the Touching Tomorrow Luncheon

This is an in-person luncheon with inspiring speakers, a candlelighting ceremony, and an opportunity to donate. The event is free, parking is free, and lunch is included. The location is the Denver Wellshire Event Center.
Can you help with the following?
- Invite friends and colleagues to this event
- Host a table of ten people or half a table of five
- Promote the event: 1) Post on social media and other places. 2) Post flyers at coffee shops, etc.
- Staff the event: 1) Help set up and clean up. 2) Greet people (inside and outside), 3) Help people find their seats, 4) Thank people as they leave.

It is never too early to begin collecting items for the auction.
This is an online auction with categories including experiences, home and garden, food & beverage, jewelry & clothing, metaphysical, self-care, and sports & auto.
