You can also listen to a separate track of brief affirmations while you’re on the go. 

The soothing, hypnotic combination of narrative and music will not compete with psychotherapy, medication, or other self-help approaches. In fact, imagery has been demonstrated in clinical trials to serve as a force multiplier for other therapies. It can also work as a stand-alone boost to mood and attitude, 24/7.
