We are one community, and truly, we are one world.
I am dismayed by the Russian attack on Ukraine last week. But rather than feel helpless, I choose to hold the vibration of love. Will you join me?
Love is not passive. When we center in our hearts and send love to this region, we are supporting those who live there. Helping them stay calm will reduce the fear and panic, and allow them to make better decisions for themselves and others.
Each of has the power to send love, whether through prayer, Reiki, Healing Touch, or intention. Our world and all its people are precious. I encourage you to join me and the hundreds of thousands of others around the world by sending love and healing energies in whatever manner works for you.
